Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we’re not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard home deliveries are usually made within 3-7 working days of your order being placed.

Can I pay extra for express delivery?
Unfortunately, we only provide Standard delivery for all orders which usually takes within 3-7 working days of your order being despatched.

Something is missing from my order.
At certain times we are unable to send all the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are pending from your order. If you did not receive email from us, then please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will be happy to help.

I have received the wrong item(s)

If you have received the wrong item, then please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.

I have received a faulty/damaged item(s)
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will discuss your return options.

We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund.

Why has my order been cancelled?
There are various reasons as to why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will be happy to assist you further on the issue.

What is your online return(s) policy?
We do not accept return item due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason. If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will be happy to help discuss your return options.

Can I exchange my online purchased item(s)?
We are unable to exchange the item you return.
 
How do I return/exchange damaged item(s)?
To return a purchase made through the website, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to our distribution centre. We recommend you use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Please contact us via email or WhatsApp, we will be happy to help workout the days to take for the refund and reflect in your bank account.

Will you refund my delivery charges?
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund. However, delivery charge is not refundable in any circumstances.
